Projects

The KURA was established to fulfill the following for the Ketchum community:

• To promote economic growth and development of urban renewal areas
• To encourage private development in urban renewal areas
• To prevent or arrest the decay of urban areas due to the inability of existing financing methods to promote needed public improvements
• To encourage taxing districts to cooperate in the allocation of future tax revenues arising in urban areas in order to facilitate the long-term growth of their common tax base
• To encourage private investment within urban areas

1st and Washington Redevelopment

The KURA is evaluating proposals for redevelopment of the 1st and Washington property. Submittals were due August 26, 2022.  For more information on the project, please click here.
